1. Consultation Services (Call & Video Call)
All astrological consultation services provided by Astro Marg, whether via phone call or video call, are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and payment is processed, we are unable to offer a refund under any circumstances, including client dissatisfaction or change of mind.
2. Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We will do our best to find a new time that works for you, based on availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session may not be accommodated.
3. Missed Appointments / No-Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled consultation (via call or video call) without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
4. Other Products or Services
If we offer additional services or digital products in the future, those will have their own cancellation or refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
